How It Works
The patented Cloud IX System eliminates
the need for wires and the manifolding of pipes, by using the Cloud IX Master Valve,
"Wireless" Toggle Valves and the Cloud IX Controller. Putting these three parts
together creates an innovative irrigation system that:
- Takes half the time to install
- Uses little to no electricity
- Won't clog like valves
with solenoids
- And is worry free

Although the Cloud IX Controller
is the brain of the Cloud IX Irrigation System, the hard work is left to the Cloud
IX Master Valve and "Wireless" Toggle Valves. As the Cloud IX Controller signals
the Master Valve to turn on and off, water pressure is released to the first wireless
toggle valve, and is directed to the first zone (see diagram A). The Master valve
is programmed by the Cloud IX Controller to stop and start the water flow. As the
water comes on and off, the Cloud IX's "Wireless" Toggle Valve automatically switches
(see diagram B) to the next zone. The toggling action of Cloud IX's Toggle Valve
uses water pressure, and its patented mechanical design, to switch from zone to
zone and thus requires no wires or solenoids to operate.

The brain behind the Cloud IX Wireless
Irrigation System is the innovative Cloud IX Controller. The Cloud IX Controller
regulates the timing of the water flow through the Cloud IX Master Valve to the
Cloud IX Toggle Valves. The Cloud IX Controller is made to be weather resistant,
self-sustainable, and easily programmable. The Cloud IX Controller is programmed
with only a few simple flicks of a magnetic wand over the completely sealed controller
face. By adding an optional solar panel (comes with standard AC/DC input), the Cloud
IX Controller can be easily installed in remote locations that have limited or no
electrical capabilities.
